RESPONSIBILITIES

In the role of chef, you are responsible for the preparation, cooking, and serving of good, safe, and nutritious meals with consideration for the environment. Other important tasks include responsibility for special diets, bread baking, and being open-minded about preparing new dishes, as well as the daily handling of both dishwashing and cleaning of the kitchen and restaurant.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Chef education in large kitchens/restaurants or experience that the employer values as equivalent.
• Experience in cooking in large quantities.
• Extensive knowledge/passion for cooking, food quality, environmental thinking, and a focus on the guest.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of allergies.
• At least 3 years of documented experience working as a chef in the last 5 years and experience in cooking in larger quantities.
• We are looking for someone who independently seeks new challenges, makes things happen, and initiates activities and projects.
• We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a team and strives for common goals. It is natural for you to compromise and share information and knowledge.
